Diadem

I’ve got two poems for NaPoWriMo challenge for Day 15 (terza rima form).
Here’s #1, a lighter one.

Ears aren't meant
to sparkle like that
such money she's spent

young aristocrat
the ring on her finger
a diamond brickbat

she lets her hand linger
to flash her bracelet
what else might you bring her?

that long cigarette
(electronic of course)
a lovely vignette

or a lovely clotheshorse
she knows nothing other
until the divorce

then she must find another.
(Ah, such a great bother.)
